Check-In: Saturday, August 10, 7am-11am; 11am all cattle must be checked in and in place.

Show Time: Saturday, August 10, 12:30pm

Registration Deadline: NO pre-registration required

Entry Fee: $25/animal   Entry fee due on the day of the show

Stall Fee: $10/pen  Stall fee due on the day of the show
 
Showmanship Entry Fee: $5. No entry fee for Pee Wee.

Papers on breeding cattle will be checked.
Market cattle will be weighed and classes broken by weight.
All cattle released after they have been shown.

Show Order:

  • Showmanship (Adult, Senior, Intermediate, Junior, Pee Wee)
  • Feeder Calves (Market Heifers then Market Steers)
  • Breeding Cattle (Bulls, Heifers, Cow/Calf Pairs) Show order will be alphabetical with Commercial being last.
  • Market Cattle (Market Heifers, Market Steers)

Showmanship Age Divisions:

  • Adult 21 and over
  • Senior: 15-21
  • Intermediate: 12-14 
  • Junior: 8-11
  • Pee Wee: 7 and under

Premiums: 100% payback except for pen fees

Rules & Regulations

This is an open show. Anyone of any age can show. Exhibitors are reminded to comply with Nebraska Health Paper regulations but the show management will not check health papers. Any animals exhibiting any signs of fungus, ringworm or warts or any illness, virus, or health issue may be disallowed from showing by show management without refund of entry fees. This will be a blow and go show. Abusive handling practices will not be tolerated. No minimum or maximum weights for market cattle. Breeding 3 animal minimum for class or put in all other breeds. 

Step Two: Read the class list to determine what classes you will enter. Class list will be available here in June.

Step Three: All livestock entries are day-of only. Please have all the necessary info and arrive at the correct check-in time and location.
