Lancaster Event Center has several spaces perfect for your gathering. Our Facility is specifically designed to cater to the needs of your meetings and seminars.

Whether your event involves a large, multi-day corporate convention, the rapport of an informational conference, the intimacy of a small brainstorming session or all of the above activities, we are equipped to support you. Choose from these five arenas with office, three exhibit halls and five meeting rooms all with on-grounds cafes/snack bars available:

Pavilion 1

80,850 square feet with 67,500 square foot concrete surface and (70' x 200') dirt arena, theater style seating for 11,000 or classroom seating for 4,500

Pavilion 2

80,850 square feet with 11,000 square foot concrete surface and (70' x 200') dirt arena that can be hardpacked and carpeted, theater style seating for 11,000 or classroom seating for 4,500

Pavilion 3

72,657 square feet with 15,000 square foot concrete surface and (115' x 220') dirt arena that can be hardpacked and carpeted, theater style seating for 10,000 or classroom seating for 4,000

Pavilion 4

87,596 square feet with 31,220 square foot concrete surface and (125' x 300') dirt arena that can be hardpacked and carpeted, theater style seating for 12,000 or classroom seating for 4,800

Multi-Purpose Arena

36,500 square feet with 10,500 square foot concrete surface and (125' x 250') dirt arena that can be hardpacked and carpeted, theater style seating for 5,000 or classroom seating for 2,000

Lincoln Room

17,200 square foot air-conditioned space with bar available and theater style seating for 1,800 or classroom seating for 900

Exhibit Hall

11,550 square foot air-conditioned space with kitchenette available, able to accommodate 50 10 x 10 "booth" spaces, with theater style seating for 1,225 or classroom seating for 620
